Hisco is committed to customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing superior quality, responsiveness, and on-time delivery that meets or exceeds our customers’ requirements and expectations.
Hisco is committed to complying with the requirements of its Quality Management System and continually improving its effectiveness.
Dedication to quality defines our business operations. We have the highest standards for product quality, order fulfillment and on-time delivery. We currently operate under three different quality management systems at Hisco:
- 17 locations certified to ISO 9001:2008
- 2 location certified to ISO 9001:2008 & AS 9100:2009
- 9 locations certified to ISO 9001:2008 & AS 9120:2009.
Any facility not certified to one of these quality management systems are required to be in compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
Statement of Quality Objectives
We presently operate with seven quality objectives. These objectives are either measured monthly or annually, if planned results are not achieved, corrective actions are processed.
At Hisco, we believe that prevention, continuous improvement, well-trained employees, and controlled processes are the keys to establishing and maintaining Total Customer Satisfaction.
Each employee at Hisco is trained in the procedures and methods detailed in our Quality System and are empowered to use their training to ensure that both internal and external customers are satisfied.
Hisco is committed to implementing and continually improving the effectiveness of the quality systems under which it operates.
Because our Quality Policy forms the basis for the implementation of the quality system at Hisco, management assures that this policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels
