PadPak® Cushioning Systems
A versatile product that can accommodate most packaging needs and applications such as cushioning, wrapping, and blocking and bracing. PadPak converters create cushioning pads from single or multi-ply kraft paper. The paper layers are crimped together, trapping air inside the layers to form a cushioning pad. PadPak converters vary in size and configuration to accommodate any packaging environment or application. PadPak is created through the PadPak® AutoPad®, PadPak Jr.®, PadPak® Pad-N-Pak® Workstation or PadPak LC™ converters.
The PadPak AutoPad cushioning system is an extremely versatile multi-ply, in-the-box paper packaging system that is ideal for: cushioning, wrapping and blocking and bracing. PadPak is created on demand through the patented AutoPad converter. 2 or 3-ply kraft paper is separated allowing air to be trapped inside the layers. Inside the converter, the paper layers are crimped together to form a cushioning pad. The converter rests in an adjustable stand that can rotate the converter from vertical to horizontal positions in 15-degree increments.
Compact, simple, portable, virtually maintenance-free and very affordable, the PadPak Jr. packing system for low volume applications brings all the benefits and features of the PadPak AutoPad to the space-constrained workstation. PadPak Jr. is easy to use; the pad is fed by raising the operator handle to the top position and holding the handle there until the desired pad length is dispensed. The pad is cut by lowering the operator handle to the bottom position.
Create a complete packing station with the Pad-N-Pak Workstation. The converter for the Pad-N-Pak Workstation is a standard AutoPad fitted with a curved chute to facilitate use with the workstation. The converter is mounted below a packaging workstation table in one of multiple stand options. The table can be arranged to allow the pad to be fed from either the left or right side of the table.
PadPak LC™ Converters
PadPak LC converts 1-ply, 45 lb. or 55 lb., 30-inch fanfold kraft paper into an effective cushioning pad for fast, efficient light cushioning, blocking and bracing or heavy voidfill packaging applications. The unique and adaptable converter design and its different modes of operation allow the converter to be used in batch mode or for in-line, just-in-time pad production depending on your packaging needs.

FillPak® Void Fill Systems
Patented void fill systems that convert kraft paper at a very high speed into an economical, clean alternative to other void fill materials. Single-ply, fan fold kraft paper is converted into a PaperStar™ configuration, which is geometrically the most effective way to fill a void. FillPak is created through FillPak®, FillPak TT® and FillPak M™ converters.
The FillPak converter is designed to generate void fill material on demand for high-volume, high-speed top and side void fill applications. FillPak converts single-ply, 30" fanfold paper into a PaperStar™ form that is geometrically the most effective way to fill a void. The system can fit over any conveyor system to dispense product directly into the box making it an extremely efficient void fill system for random applications. It can also be integrated into any void fill or pick and pack operation. The machine's stand holds multiple packs of paper, allowing for maximum uptime and throughput.
FillPak TT converts single-ply, 15" fanfold kraft paper into a PaperStar™ configuration for fast and efficient packing. It is ideal for low cost, high-speed top and side void fill applications at multiple pack stations. FillPak TT is easily operated by a foot pedal and dispenses the void fill product directly into a box, further increasing the speed and efficiency of packing. FillPak TT is versatile and can be easily configured as a floor or table stand to fit any packaging area and can be converted into a battery-operated unit when electrical outlets are not available.
FillPak M converts single-ply, 15" fanfold kraft paper into a PaperStar™ configuration for top and side void fill applications. The FillPak M is ideal for low volume or individual pack station needs. The motorless FillPak M is appropriate for non-industrial, quiet environments. FillPak M eliminates the need for labor-intensive hand crumpling of paper.

AccuFill® Void Fill Measurement Systems
These systems optimize material usage, tracks productivity, and measure cost savings versus competitive materials. They also provide six standard analysis reports namely, box data, cost analysis, fill data, machine data, material cost, and operator data.
AccuFill Void Fill Measurement System
The AccuFill void fill measurement system revolutionizes in-the-box packaging by removing the variable of packer judgement from the equation. The AccuFill system scans the box and automatically determines how much packing material is needed to fill the void. It then signals the Ranpak converter to generate the exact amount of material to fill that void. AccuFill optimizes packing efficiency when used in conjunction with FillPak®, Ranpak's patented converter system for high-speed void fill applications.
AccuFill uses a sensor array that mounts over a conveyor line. As boxes come down the line, AccuFill sensors scan the box to determine its size, measure the volume of the objects inside the box and compute the amount of packaging material needed to fill the void. It then signals FillPak to dispense the exact amount of paper needed. Usage amounts are recorded so the user can review the cost associated with a shift, a week or a month of production.
The FillPak M void fill system is ideal for low volume or individual packing stations. It neatly guides paper packing material into boxes without any overfill or spills. No motor makes the unit appropriate for non-industrial settings, and Ranpak's patented fanfold paper eliminates the "drag" experienced when using paper rolls.
The FillPak TT cutting mechanism makes packing with paper even easier. It is fast, allowing for converting speeds of 60 inches per second. It is compact and can be easily retrofitted to any new style FillPak TT. It can be easily adjusted to dispense material from 12" to 10' automatically. The converter height and head angle remains adjustable for ease and comfort while packing.
