We have generators! We are shipping! We can print acknowledgements and shipping labels and we have an internet connection. Still relying on cell phones.

Generators are on their way! Current plan is to have the Somerset office open Friday with basic functionality. Will probably need to use the mobile phone numbers for a while longer. Freight carriers are coming back online as well. More information to come.

Backup power at the branch is on track for Friday and we will be able to power the PC’s necessary to enter and ship orders. The freight carriers are offering some limited service, please contact Ken Stevenson or Greg Smith to discuss.
[October 30] While the Hisco branch in New Jersey is currently closed, we are committed to doing everything possible to help our customers resume business as normal. Our local Hisco sales team is available via their mobile phones and the New Jersey branch manager, Greg Smith, can be reached on his mobile phone at 732.809.1544.
It looks like power in the area will be an issue for several more days. They are working on generator backup and an alternate site for communications/internet.
