The 815 RA Flux is homogenous solutions of pure water-white rosin in organic solvents containing considerably stronger activating agents than those in Type RMA fluxes. For high reliability, flux residues should be removed after soldering. Alpha 815 has 35% solids content, good capillary action for soldering both side. High solids provide excellent thermal barrier effect making flux suitable where there is prolonged contact. Use only Alpha 810 Thinner. Application: For Soldering Products and Suitable for Where There is Prolonged Contact with the Solder Wave, Such as in Drag Soldering or Double-Wave Machines
