The Metro 5MB is a 5" braking swivel stem caster with resilient rubber tread and donut bumper for use with Metro utility carts and wire shelving. Weight capacity per 5MB caster is 200 lbs (90 kg).
These casters enable you to create a mobile shelving unit or cart that will meet your exact needs when used in conjunction with Metro SiteSelect™ posts. When putting together a parts list for your mobile shelving unit or cart please keep in mind that to be able to lock your cart or shelving unit into position you can use a combination of 2 braking casters (5MB) and 2 non-braking casters (5M).
