The Excelta R-C7245X is a Reconditioned Carbide Insert Cutter made from the highest grade AISI 52/100 carbon steel with tungsten carbide inserts. The extremely hard cutting edge (79-81 Rockwell "C") is excellent for cutting most types of medical and hard wires. Features a LazerFlush™ cutting edge, extreme tip geometry for critical access to coils, stainless steel springs, and our new LazerLok™ joint system.
