The Nitto Denko P221-1X36YD is a polyimide film tape used mainly in the insulation of electrodes in secondary batteries and heat-resistant masking in the component mounting reflow process and electronics components manufacturing process. The ultimate in electrical insulating tape. Thin and highly conformable, with outstanding puncture, tear and abrasion resistance at elevated temperatures. Also used for wave solder.
