The Nordson EFD 7364361 delivers a new level of ease in fluid dispensing from Nordson EFD. Intuitive touchscreen controls allow operators to be trained in seconds, simplifying setup and operation so they can focus on making accurate, controlled deposits. Full operator lockout of time, pressure, and vacuum settings improves process control and consistency.

Productivity is further enhanced with an optional barcode scanner, enabling quick switching between up to 16 dispensing programs simply by scanning a barcode. Automation-ready and network-capable, the UltimusPlus communicates directly with a PLC or other manufacturing controllers via Ethernet using the NX network connectivity protocol.

An internal Dispense Log automatically records dispense data and can be downloaded locally through a USB port or remotely via FTP for process verification and regulatory compliance. NX capability also allows all dispensing parameters to be programmed and monitored directly from a PLC or computer, providing complete remote accessibility to save time and improve operational efficiency.
