The Re Mixers X2-FZ10-8S is a high-flow static mixer engineered for two-part adhesives requiring 4:1 or 10:1 mix ratios. Featuring patented Xemex technology, its eight internal elements deliver fast, consistent mixing while using significantly fewer elements than traditional 18–32 element mixers. The mixer features a 10.7 mm internal diameter to support higher flow rates, a 113 mm overall length, and a precision stepped tip for clean, controlled bead application with high-viscosity materials. With a low retained volume of just 7.6 mL, it helps reduce adhesive waste while maintaining strong throughput and mix quality. The durable polyester insert and polypropylene housing provide excellent chemical resistance and broad compatibility with epoxies, methacrylates (MMA), urethanes, and silicones.
