The Re Mixers X2-F8-8S is a high-performance static mixer engineered for two-part adhesives requiring 1:1 or 2:1 mix ratios. Featuring patented Xemex technology, its eight internal elements deliver consistent, reliable mixing while using fewer elements than traditional 18–32 element mixers. The mixer incorporates an 8.7 mm internal diameter, a compact 101 mm overall length, and a precision stepped tip for clean, controlled bead application. With a low retained volume of just 5.2 mL, it minimizes adhesive waste and helps reduce material costs. The durable polyester insert and polypropylene housing provide excellent chemical resistance and compatibility with a wide range of epoxies, methacrylates (MMA), urethanes, and silicones. Designed and manufactured in the USA, this nozzle is well suited for industrial, manufacturing, repair, and field bonding applications using manual or pneumatic dispensing systems.
