The Techni-Pro 10052959 is a dual wire ESD wrist strap with 4mm snaps and 12 foot grounding cord.Dual conductor cords provide an additional path to ground. If one conductor fails the second may provide a fail safe while ESDS is disengaged and the cord is replaced.This strap provides the performance and reliability of a metal band with the comfort of cloth. Featuring the widest conductive area on the market at 5/8″ and stainless steel back plate for excellent skin contact.All fabric bands are made of a tightly woven elastic and cotton blend that wicks away moisture, provides comfort and won’t suffer from rapid degenerating blowout.Both the banana and snap terminations of the coil cord are built with superior strain relief, designed to reduce torque on monitors inputs and common point grounds — as well as extend the life of the cord.
