The NuSil 02350SFM05009P material is designed for use as a flame‑resistant seal and for shock and vibration dampening applications that require a lightweight, flexible foam with excellent thermal insulation and radiation resistance. It is well suited for use in environments where stability at both high and low temperatures is essential. The low viscosity and extended work time make it ideal for intricate back‑filling applications. When catalyzed, it produces a medium‑density silicone foam. The two‑part system mixes conveniently in a 1:1 ratio, with a black Part A and white Part B to help ensure a homogeneous, consistent mixture.
