The Hakko DPF-300-EVO Manual Depaneling System is a manual PCB depaneling solution designed for small-series electronics manufacturing environments that require accurate, repeatable PCB separation without the cost and complexity of a fully automated system. Using a high-speed milling process, the DPF-300-EVO helps minimize mechanical stress during board separation while supporting clean edge quality across a range of PCB materials. An evolution of the previous DPF-300-E platform, the DPF-300-EVO features four height-adjustable legs, dual front-facing handles for easier positioning, an updated milling head design for improved access around high-profile components near routed PCB edges, and threaded mounting points that support optional side shelving. Its integrated PCB dust collection and vacuum filtration system allows the unit to be used in manufacturing, assembly, prototyping, and electronics production workspaces where cleanliness and operator convenience are important.Note: Guide rails and milling bits are not included and must be purchased separately. The DPF-300-EVO is built for electronics manufacturers, contract assemblers, prototype labs, and production teams that need a reliable PCB depaneling machine for low- to medium-volume workflows. Its manual operation eliminates the need for programming while still providing precise board separation and process consistency. The updated milling head geometry enables routing operations on PCBs containing taller components positioned closer to the board edge, helping increase flexibility during assembly and post-production processing.
Hakko DPF-300-EVO Features:- High-speed micro-spindle with up to 24,000 RPM
- Manual PCB depaneling using routed tab milling technology
