Get ultimate aircraft corrosion prevention with Nycote
Nycote is the world's only liquid nylon, chrome-free, corrosion-resistant coating. It is designed for mission-critical aerospace and other industrial applications. Nycote is your single source of protection against corrosive elements.
How it works
Nycote’s clear fluid base coating acts as a complete barrier against corrosion, friction and conductivity. It provides pinhole and void-free application to any metal or composite. Nycote is the choice of major aircraft manufacturers to protect airframes and reduce life cycle maintenance costs.

This liquid formula can be easily applied by painting, spraying or dipping areas that need protection from aircraft fuels, oil, lubricants, phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, salt spray and water. Tinted colors available.
Nycote 7-11 Dark Blue
Nycote 7-11 Dark Blue was designed for EMBRAER Aircraft to specifically meet their requirements.
Nycote 88 comes in an easy-to-use, two-part component that, once combined, results in a three-hour window before the formula begins to set. Tinted colors available.
Additional Surface Preparation Products Available:
Nyclean: Nyclean cleaner can be used with all Nycote products. It is remarkably efficient in cleaning metals and the impact of tea staining on stainless steel prior to applying anti-corrosion Nycote products.
Thinner I: The all-purpose Thinner I is exceedingly useful for cleaning application equipment and metal surfaces prior to applying Nycote anti-corrosive coatings.
Thinner II: Thinner II is specifically designed to reduce cobwebbing when spraying Nycote 7-11 and Nycote 88. Nycote Laboratories suggests mixing Thinner II with their products at a 25% to 50% ratio for spraying.
