Type 15ARWM diamond-coated hard wire cutting tweezers are suitable to applications which require cutting surgical Alloy in the medical device manufacturing. The short, rounded blades are designed to grant maximum visibility and to apply maximum cutting force.
The Carbon Steel provides the hard and stiff tips to perform hard Alloy cuts. The blades are hardened to 61HRC hardness. The Diamond-coating (DG4) provides the Carbon steel blades with a smooth surface combined with extremely high corrosion resistance and high wear and abrasion resistance.
