The Nordson EFD 7366059 Optimum ESD-safe black dispensing components prevent static buildup when dispensing adhesives, pastes, coatings, and other assembly fluids used in electronics manufacturing.

The complete system includes electrostatic dissipative dispense tips, syringe barrels, and adapter assemblies designed specifically to prevent static buildup that can damage fragile substrates, such as semiconductors and printed circuit boards - minimizing costly rejects.

ESD-safe dispensing components provide the highly accurate, repeatable micro-deposits required as electronic devices shrink in size and the density of electronic components increases.

Ideal for precision fluid applications used in manufacturing mobile devices, wearables, medical devices, fiber optics, and more, ESD-safe dispensing components are made from inert, non-carbon, non-surface-migratory materials that are safe to use with sensitive fluids.

ESD-safe SmoothFlow tapered tips, general-purpose tips, and chamfered tips are available in various gauges. Syringe barrels are available in five sizes, including 3cc, 5cc, 10cc, 30cc, and 55cc. Adapter assemblies are available with both 3-foot and 6-foot hoses for all syringe barrel sizes and come assembled with a grounding wire attached.
