The ESD Tray Liners are designed to enhance the protection of items placed in process trays.

These ESD tray liners are used to line the surface of process trays, preventing items from sliding around and keeping them protected. ESD trays and conductive trays are ideal for packaging and storing small electronic parts, circuit boards, PCBs, PCBAs, and other electronic components. The ESD rubber offers a better path-to-ground and cushioning compared to the hard surface of conductive trays. Each liner features a dissipative top layer and a conductive bottom layer.

Meets or exceeds the requirements of ANSI ESD S541-2003 and is RoHS compliant.
