The Re Mixers X2-A5-7T is an ultra-efficient static mixer engineered for two-part adhesives requiring 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, or 10:1 mix ratios. Featuring patented Xemex technology, its seven internal mixing elements deliver precise, reliable mixing while using significantly fewer elements than traditional 13–24 element mixers. The mixer incorporates a 5.3 mm internal diameter, an exceptionally compact 50 mm overall length, and a luer-slip tapered tip for fine bead control and precise application. With an ultra-low retained volume of just 0.6 mL, it dramatically reduces adhesive waste and material costs. The durable polyester insert and polypropylene housing provide excellent chemical resistance and compatibility with a wide range of epoxies, methacrylates (MMA), urethanes, and silicones. Designed and manufactured in the USA, this bayonet-style nozzle is ideal for industrial, manufacturing, repair, and detail-oriented bonding applications using manual or pneumatic dispensing systems.
