Zip-Chem 007072 Features:
  • A fluorocarbon telomer that is chemically similar to the PTFE-fluorocarbon resin
  • Due to its chemical inertness and ability to withstand temperatures from the cryogenic range up to 240°F (116°C), ZC-440 finds many uses throughout the aircraft
  • Designed primarily for use as a dry film lubricant or mold release
  • Withstands temperatures from cryogenic to 500°F (260°C) continuously
  • Does not run or stain and is excellent for wood, plastic, rubber, paper, and metal
  • Lubricates metal surfaces and prevents corrosion on them
  • Non-conductive and chemically inert in use
  • Non-flammable
  • Provides excellent anti-stick properties
  • Effective release agent for epoxies, polyurethanes, etc
  • Provides highest adhesion to the substrate while providing a good release or lubricating properties
